10.0 Feet | The south side of Highway 1 bridge access in Carmel will become inundated and impassable. Many low-lying homes will be threatened along the entire Carmel River. Low-lying homes near Camp Steffani will experience substantial flooding and homes near Schulte Road will be in danger of flooding. Homes surrounding the Carmel Lagoon area will be in danger of flooding. |
11.0 Feet | The Hacienda Carmel residential development levee will be threatened. Moderate flooding of golf courses and low-lying homes can be expected along the entire Carmel River. Homes near the Carmel Lagoon area will begin to experience moderate flooding. |
