Highs in the lower to mid 40s. Southwest winds around 5 mph shifting to the northwest late in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 20 percent.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 10 percent chance of rain and snow showers in the evening, then partly cloudy after midnight. Patchy fog after midnight. Lows in the lower to mid 20s. Northeast winds around 5 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy in the morning then clearing. Patchy fog in the morning. Highs in the lower to mid 40s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.
