32.0 Feet | Moderate to major flooding in and around Atascadero; backs up Atascadero Creek into River Gardens neighborhood and floods Highway 41. Minor to moderate flooding in and around Paso Robles. Floods wastewater treatment plant, downtown Paso Robles (upstream and downstream of gage), Larry Moore Park and nearby riverbank housing tract. Major bank erosion possible; threatens multiple utility lines (including high pressure gas) along North River Road, homes, businesses, bridges, and roads along entire reach. |
